October

October we got a new to us couch and Iroh was neutered. Not a lot of other super notable things happened this month.

September

September was much like August. Xavier continuing to learn and grow.

We did have a surprise beginning of the month change of plans where I ended up having to have my gallbladder taken out. So Xavier spent some time with Grandma Anna and Grandpa Tony while I was recovering. All is well now though.

August we're 3!

August 2015 of course means that Xavier is now 3 years old!! It was a big month and I am WAY overdue. Time is just flying by so fast now.

June & July

This post will start out really with end of May stuff. Just our vacation was too much to try to put in the last post.

April & May

Two months flying by. Xavier's verbal skills are growing by leaps and bounds. He can clearly express his wants and needs most of the time.  Xavier even said "bless you" after I sneezed in the car one day. He will say something is "shewie gross" or "gross nasty" if he doesn't like it. I'm sure this is something his teachers at daycare say as I don't really say it at home that much.

We had an experience with his first ear infection in April which was traumatizing. He had awoken screaming his ear hurt and I brushed it off because it was just one night/morning. Then about a week and a half later he started saying again that his ear was hurting and crying. I finally took him to the doctor because of his impending oral surgery and I wanted to make sure he was completely healthy before having his evaluation. Well when we finally got him to the doctor the nurse took his temperature from his bad ear which then of course traumatized him and now he's scared of going to the doctor or getting his temperature taken by ear.

Two rounds of antibiotics and sick visits to the doctor he finally was well. And then a week after that we were able to get his successful "all clear" for oral surgery.

March

Yet again, I'm late. I do have some cute pictures. I can't think of what special or interesting things happened in March. So I'll just start captioning the pictures and maybe it'll remind me of what happened.

February

I can NOT believe February has already come and gone. I mean I know it's a short month but... MAN.

Lots of big things.

We got a puppy 2/12.

On 2/20 Xavier had an appointment at the Dentist and as we were going back he said "I'm nervous." Huge words for a 2 1/2 year old! He will be having more dental work done in May.

On 2/27 Xavier received a perfect bill of health from his doctor. He again told me he was "nervous" and "afraid" of going to the doctor. I am so blown away by his verbal skills.

We call the puppy's crate his "place" and we were at Tractor Supply getting dog food yesterday (2/27) and Xavier was excited to see all the "Puppy Places" and he liked seeing all the "cute puppies" on the dog food and treat packages.

He enjoys making/watching videos of himself though he doesn't quite get the concept that in order to make a new video he has to stand in front of the camera, he can't watch himself be recorded at the same time (unless I do the front facing camera.)

I wish I could just capture everything because I know so much slips away. :(
